Ordered items for my wife for Valentines. Order placed, payment made. Asked for an update after 2 weeks of no communication to be told item was out of stock. Promised would be despatched within 72 hours. 10 days later I asked again to be told no longer available and to order something else. Shocking customer service.
The entire experience was great, fast delivery and the item was exactly what it said. Highly recommend.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
