Order came a little past due date and the product is exactly what I ordered.
Good so far has been good,I have ordered from chic me 4 times I have been very please but the 5 th time the sizes aren't true to size I ordered a 2xxl but I need a 4xxl
If i could give 0 stars, i would. I never received my products and after being emailed twice to ask how my parcel was. Both times i said i would wait the 5-7 business days for what i had ordered and it never came. Would not recommend ordering from here.

I love the leopard sneakers but the wait to receive them was very ling.
I wasn't aware that certain items were not returnable. The lingerie sleep item was extremely too small. When I tried to obtain a larger size since it had not been worn (unable to even get over my arm—I was informed no returns. So I lost my money and received nothing but an item that a child could use for a large doll. Won't order again

Order was placed so when it sent arrive 2/3 weeks later I was told I would receive an email one shipped. I queried this as I was thinking it would be shipped at this stage so in the end I cancel my order and will not be placing any further.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
