Terrible experience after almost two months I still have not received my orders
I ordered on the 11th of feb I hadn't heard anything after a week no emails or anything then I emailed to find out when order was going to be shipped to then have an email saying 2 of my items were out of stock so could I change for something else which I did for that to go through then get an email to say that one of my changed items was now out of stock I personally think if they are out of stock it should tell you on website. I received my items about 3 weeks after ordering but the ladies on customer service chat were very nice and they gave me a £5 voucher for having to wait so long. Items arrived and are very nice but I will say that most of them come up slightly bigger than the size. I would still order from here again though.

Material on trousers to thin, the top, the white and the trousers are beige doesn't go together
I ordered 2 women's tops, both size Medium. One fit me, the other one fit an 8 year old.
Delivery was meant to be within 5-7 days but took almost a month to arrive. Sizing was way smaller than expected so it won't be worn as it's too much hassle to send back.
I am very displeased with the service from Chic me I never received my merchandise and i am still waiting.

I placed a order and waited 18 days no parcel so I emailed only then because I emailed your company was i told to wait 5 more days which I did only after I contacted you again I was told that it was out of stock I really wanted this garment and still want it but don't want to order it to be disappointed again don't think I will use you again

I first ordered in the fall I believe. It took months to get my order and I was left. When I came back I got it and I had to fight just to be able to get a different size. I was finally given a credit and reordered a different size. Cause I couldn't get a bigger size in the first one. I had ordered an XL and I wear Large and it was way to small. Anyway I ordered another top in X-Large and it's huge. Can fit 2 of me in it. Because I waited too long I can't exchange it for a smaller size.

Great system it was an easy order system and very orompt
The shipment was delayed. When received the item was not as described. Cut and sizing was extremely off.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
