Beautiful dress material is thinner than expected but pretty
This is the second time ordering. First time the shoes were made of crappy material. The second time I ordered the clothes I order all of a sudden weren't available and took over a week to get my o money back.

Good product, value for money but long delivery time
I cannot comment on the product as i'm still yet to receive it! Service response to emails is OK and they are apologetic but the last email received promised that my items would be with me in 2-5 business days and that was 7 days ago...still no delivery!

As always, when ordered from ChicMe, my package comes in a timely fashion, and with very little fanfare I've gotten used to their consistent customer service and timely delivery of my packages

I had to order two of the same set to get the right size top and bottom, zero stretch and very warm material for Texas. Sewing quality was extremely poor also! Would love to return for a refund
Did not offer shipping updates, ordered a large, received X-Large, wouldn't take an exchange, only offered partial refund, so I was stuck with the pants.

Ordered a size 10, Which was more of size 12. However, the product itself was lovely.
My only main criticism is the communication and the time it took to receive my order. I continuously contacted them to find out where my order was, to which I never had a reply. I would honestly have to say I won't be ordering from them again, based on lack of communication and the time it took to get the order.

Ordered a coat/jacket after seeing it on Facebook, when it arrived it is different to images advertised, coat very much sorter on me than the model and I'm average size in height so model must be very petite. The other issue is the hood does not stay up on its own, could do with tiers or a fastening to keep up and secure. Other than that I guess you get what you pay for.
The only issue I have with ordering from ChicMe is the amount of time it takes to receive orders. By the time the items arrive, I end up just keeping them even if I'm not 100% liking everything. I am usually satisfied with my purchases and the quality of the clothing is pretty good overall. You can't beat the prices.
