Loved the dress I received but I ordered it for an occasion and after literally no communication for over 2 weeks I had to chase the order and they then told me they are low in stock. I would have appreciates they could contact me with update themselves so I could arrange soemthing else. At the end after few emails they manage to ship it to me within 10 days.

The quality is good for the price. The sizes aren't always consistent. I ordered all medium dresses. And a small 2 piece zip up jacket & fitted pants According to their size chart is how I ordered them by.that was enormously big and the plaid didn't even come close to matching on the seams
Most of the stuff was just to big just one dress fit perfectly.
So maybe order everything down a size from the size chart
Delivery took a while. Product very small and not the best quality.

I will never purchase from this company again. Clothing is VERY cheaply made and ill fitting. Even a small is huge. Returns are virtually impossible due to shipping costs. I received a 10% refund on one item, but they don't want their product back. That lets me know that they acknowledge their clothing is crap.

Took a bit longer than I'd hoped to receive my order but the quality is better than expected!
Twice i missed the delivery and you cant even collect it from post office not happy i will never order again just put the item in safe place and dont make life hard

I ordered and paid for an item and 8 weeks later I was asked if I'd received it. I hadn't and then was told it's out of stock. I asked for a refund and was still charged for the shipping fee. Very dissatisfied.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
