Ordered an outfit. After 3 weeks never arrived. Contacted the company to be told out of stock but they can ship it to me in 5-10days. I said no thank you refund me. They said no, choose another item that we will send in 5-10days. I said no and then had to threaten to open a PayPal complaint. They then refunded me.

Hopefully the quality of the product was nothing like what appeared in the pictures; sizing is not at all close to what it states; material described was not at all what the end product was made of … the shirt set I bought the coloured pattern faded compared ti the picture; the shorts made from a "crepe" material not the stared material with spandex in it … will not be purchasing anything in the future … very, very disappointed.
Over 6 weeks since ordering still no items, will not be ordering again.

Easy to order, took a while to arrive, need to return 1 item as it doesn't fit
I never received my order - it did not even ship after 6 weeks. I emailed for status and got no response. I just emailed again to just cancel the order at this point.
I didn't have a update to say item was out of stock, when I realised it had been 2 weeks I asked for a update and they gave me the option to wait or refund - I chose to wait and was notified from there on of updates.
It has been months and I have yet tk receive my order.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE… One of my items is out of stock and wasn't notified I've asked to change for a different item which they couldn't get right, however in the meantime I had ordered another item, so far I have received nothing and have paid for 2 items
Have to say their service is disgusting and have yet to receive either item I have paid for over a month ago!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
