Shopping is easy but it takes a long time. One of my items is still on back order. Pants is to long and there is not even a return ticket as apart of the shipment. You start sending coupons long before the order is even received. Makes it feel like you don't believe in the products. I can't buy anything else without receiving my full order.

Was advised my order would arrive within 7-9 days so ordered items for a special occasion, they didnt arrive in time! In fact it took over 30 days for the items to arrive. When trying to communicate for updates on my delivery, it took ages for a reply and when I finally heard back I was told items were out of stock. I then tried to cancel my order but was told I needed to wait for them to be delivered them return them with an added 10% charge

Purchased lots of clothes, nothing risky, just s typical ones but these that i received were at least 2 sizes bigger.
The shirts looked completely different than those n the website. I was disappointed.
It took ages to come and then the fit was small. And not as pictured.
