Disappointed items bought not in stock waited months then when some came 3 items out of more than 20 the sizers are rubbish tops over big bottoms made are ridiculous can't even get kegs in them. Now fighting to get my money back after 4 months. Never ever again. My mum and daughter have had the same problem. All together £439 down.

I had little to no communication in regards to tracking or progress of tracking. I ended up contacting customer support a few days before the items arrived

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
