Love Chic me clothes, always had great success with the fit, but last order was off, the last the blouse was to small and the other large was to big, wanted a refund cause I ordered same blouse in extra large cause I really liked the blouse, haven't recieved any return address for return yet they wanted to give 10% refund and me keep blouse, not happy with that.
Items not as expected. Asked for refund for both items. Was told I had to keep them and was offered a 10% discount. I refused that and explained I didn't like or want the items. Was then told again I had to keep the items and was then offered a 25% refund so just accepted. Not happy and won't be ordering anything from you again.
Everything was easy. Good service. Delivered was good.
I waited over a month for them just to pack my items as they didn't actually have them in stock but still took my money for them. Every time I emailed I got told to wait another 7 days and they would have them in. Even when they got sent it said they would be delivered that day and then I still waited another further 2 days until they were actually delivered.

Accepting orders when they don't even have stock. Having To wait months for it to then be restocked and sent. Only received half of an outfit. Quality isn't worth the price! Overall I won't be shopping here again

Great service and excellent product just like it was on line
Both zippers on my pants are very hard to get down. Both tops are too big. Was going to send them both back but was offered a 30% and keep clothes. I only got $3.69 refunded from $78.73 which IS NOT 30% off. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

It took more than one month to receive anything when I did. It was around five I sent it back. Still waiting for answers. I am done thank you, but I'm not interested anymore.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
