It too over a month for me to get my product and then when I got it, the color was faded and it looked cheap. It did not look like the product on the website. Will not again from this company
If I could give less stars, I would. I paid for the expedited shipping, which was an extra $20, for delivery by a specific date. The items did not arrive by the promised date, and I was unable to use them as the event had already passed. I reached out to customer support to return the items and receive a refund for both the products and the expedited shipping costs as it did not arrive on time as promised and as paid for. At first they tried to negotiate and asked me to keep the items and receive a 30% refund. I said absolutely not and continued to have to debate with them on retuning the items and receiving a full refund including shipping, after A WEEK of back and forth, they finally gave me a return address to send the items back to - and I had to pay for shipping AGAIN to return the items. They gave me a refund for the items, but have since ghosted me when I replied to inquire about the shipping I paid for but did not deliver. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had, and I will never recommend this company to anyone, nor will I ever use them again. Don't waste your time or money.

My experience was awful. First mishap was one of the items I purchased was not available so they had to reimburse me in which I haven't received yet. The wait time took over 3 weeks to receive after I kept emailing them for my delivery

The shirt is very scratchy and cheap material. I expected more of a soft feel to it. I wouldn't recommend.
Site makes it very difficult to return items for a refund. I ordered and the items were not my preference though okay, seemed low quality compared to the price I paid for purchase, and arrived way too late. The shipping times on the website are very misleading so give about 30 days before you receive anything. Contacted site for a refund, very slow replies and offered a 10% refund in exchange of me keeping the items. I told them this was not possible and opened a dispute via PayPal. Eventually settled on a 50% refund in exchange for keeping the items but if you're looking to return don't expect a 100% refund or anything at all. Make sure you pay via PayPal for buyer protection too otherwise they will play you.

I never received my order and I feel it's on the vendor to make it right with the customer. You should refund my money or ship me the items I ordered. I will never order from this company again and I will share my experience with everyone.

It's been two month still haven't got my complete order they keep extending when it will ship five days more and still nothing my first time ordering but not please so far

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
