Delivery took a while and the fabric is thinner than I expected on the three piece set. It's also a lot smaller than I thought a large would be.

I ordered Some nice things but it came very late and also in to parcel.

Had to wait for the purchases wanted the clothes for a cruise but they didn't arrive in time
It's not very often that I purchase anything from Chin me but each time that I have it has been uncomplicated /easy to order which comes with the bonus of not having to wait weeks for delivery.
The product I bought fitted very well as I never thought about buying a jumpsuit (l don't normally wear any trousers) but thought I would take a leap and ordered one and was surprised how well it fitted/looked on me. Will be ordering another one.
Shopping with Chic is very straightforward. Easy to find what you are looking for.
Delivery is pretty fast.
Clothes where fine though waiting over two months for delivery is unacceptable so won't use this site again

Sizes are difficult to determine; not enough info provided to return or swap
This company is not reliable after having my order for more than a week I was notified an item was no longer available then the order just sat once finally being moved to ready to be shipped another five days and no movement I canceled the order they didn't want to comply so I let them know the credit card company would get involved and a little back and forth I was able to get my money returned… bottom line to much of a hassle

That look like the fabric would have been soft, but it's hard and doesn't feel soft while wearing them
Took over 9 weeks for me to receive my order and this happened before when I placed an order last year and I had to spend so much time sending messages as their shipping/tracking info doesn't change for weeks and weeks but will never ever buy from them again because of this. They need a warehouse in UK or stop advertising on UK social media sites and blatantly lying about shipping times. Shein and Temu have no problem with delivery times and always within a week or just over after placing order. I do love Chic Me's fashion range despite how expensive it is and they would make so much more revenue with a UK warehouse it's crazy to me why they don't.

I'm taking a risk with the last 2 orders I've placed as first ever order back 5 weeks ago still hadn't arrived and according to your tracking you use, nothings left the depot nor country so if these 3 orders today I've placed dont arrive within the 30 days I'll have no choice but to go to TrustPilot and warn anyone looking to use Chic Me from the UK
Ordered one thing and got another. All my emails regarding this issue now go ignored. Will never purchase again from chicme.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
