I received 2 dress one of them had a little hole in the back of the dress and I contacted customer Service and they sent me another one out I received this a week later

Very good service very quick and easy to obtain no problems very satisfied with the service
After waiting 4 weeks I was told that the items I had ordered were out of stock. I asked for a refund and straight away the items are now back in stock and a refund can't be given as they have been dispatched. In the space of 10 minutes they received a delivery, selected what I ordered, packaged it and sent it out for delivery! Will not be ordering again

Overall, I would say very good It got split into two parts and the second part was received quite a bit later but all always received in time for my vacation so all is good
