Good products and service when dealing with person is good but deliveries get lost and take ages to arrive.

First off I want to say that your customer service team is wonderful. They got right back to me when I emailed them.
However, when the shirt arrived I was beyond disappointed to say the least. The picture shows A very vibrant yellow shirt that lays nicely on the body. That's not what I received. I received a VERY dingy yellow top with a grayish look & the shirt is "boxy" and has no form to it at all.
I will not be ordering from you again.

Disappointed with this set as when ordered it was green and white on the site but when it came it was dark cream and green then I wanted to send it back and get a refund they kept saying to me I could have a 15 % refund and keep item. All I wanted was a refund and still they didn't listen to me and was offered a 50% refund and keep items. I didn't want the items. In the end I had to keep them cos it was too late to send items back! So I'm the end I was 23 pounds out of pocket.so won't be ordering off chic me again

Items were never in stock and there was no communication on the status of Mr order unless I initiated it, at which point half the items were not even in stock and no one could tell me when when they would be.

Clothes are really lovely and good quality - unfortuantely they did not fit me- I have WhatsApp'ed the number on how to return but never had a reply so I have still got the clothes I ordered which need returning. Would appreciate someone contacting me

Order was taken to an agent as I wasn't home even though wasn't advised that would happen tracking said it was in a depot 30 minutes away had to phone express company they said it was somewhere else product not like photo

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
