STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 4 sample items for an event on 9/30. My order was placed on 9/6.2 items say have been shipped but apparently are sitting somewhere in Korea. My other 2 items are still "processing" and i now received that one of the dresses i ordered will no longer be sold. Basically what they are doing is false advertising and charging their customers. I will definately be disputing all charges for a refund. Very unhappy customer!
On May 25,2017 I purchases two orders from this website the Sexy Drawstring Heeled Stiletto Sandals 24.74 tracking number is LW*******CN and the Trendy Low Cut Strappy Bodysuit Romper 14.84 tracking number is LW*******CN. The first order I received I was not happy with them but I kept them anyway. And since this order was late coming I decided to refuse and I did on June 26th 2017. Since then I have not heard anything from this company about a refund. I know the tracking has not updated since July but that does not mean that didn't get it. After opening the packages items and trying them on I've realized the hardly any of them items are as advertised! Out of the 9 items I've received ( missing two items) only 3 are satisfactory (if that)! I'm seriously crying right now because I feel like I've been ripped off! None of the heels I bought even fit and the straps are too long to buckle. The jeans look like they were cut with a straight blade and poorly sewn together. I spent nearly $400 CND on this $#*!! I can't stop crying! Why would you do this to you customers?!?

They will not refund my items. 3 whole months and the lady Janice is no help whatsoever. It's almost like she doesn't understand what I'm telling her. She doesn't seem very smart at all. I don't know what I was thinking not checking the reviews on this website before purchasing. I wish there was a way to take down a site for it being so bad. I finally received the item that I tried canceling that I didn't even want after reading the reviews. And I can't stop laughing. I wish I could post a pic of what I'm wearing and the pic it shows it's supposed to be. It is the most cheapest marterial possibly made on Earth. It's literally like theyre using monkeys to make their garments. Expect I think monkeys would of done a better job. Disappointed in the value and sizing of the clothing. It took 2 weeks to receive my items, even though I paid extra in shipping to expedite the delivery 2-5 days after purchasing. Everything I purchased was either too short or too small, even though I made sizing decisions based on their size chart.

Ordered a dress a month ago for my bday and it NEVER came. Money was taken out of my account the SAME day. I contacted the company and they had my package going to gardena, but i stay in inglewood! They told me it was a shipping problem and i needed to contact the post office. (The post office is no where near my house.) So long story short, i asked for a refund, they said i need to email the company, BUT i was already talking to the company agent!
