I shopped alot of clothes in this site because I had a vacation trip coming and also bought some dresses for daily use. I spent about $480 for about 18 items, I thought it wasn't bad but when the items arrived it was totally not what I expected. The material was awful and cheap, the sizes were off -- to think I really used the size guide they provided online and measured almost all of them when they arrived. Do not buy from this site. It's not worth the hassle. Had I known that these came from China, I wouldn't have bought anything in the first place so I wouldn't worry about the return policies.
I only gave them a one I really didn't want to give them anything but I wouldn't let me rate them if I didn't rate them! I ordered from them it took so long by the time it had came in the mail I had completely forgot what I had ordered. One of the pieces of clothes was so cheap looking it felt like a costume on Halloween. I will never order from them ever! THEY ARE horrible!

I spent $80 on clothes from this ridiculous place. One outfit was sent as a small when all others were sent XL so I contact them and they are willing to only give me a 40% off coupon. If i wanted a refund I would have to pay more in shipping than the whole package cost in the first place. Then the second outfit I bought was entirely to short you could see my panties and they were only offering 20% refund like what the hell am I seriously going to do with $3.50? I wasted my money and my time. This place is a rip off! They will never see another dime of my money. I highly suggest never shopping with them!

I ordered two dresses in a small size. I received dresses that looked completely different from what the model was wearing. The both looked enormous but one of them was definitely marked wrong because it looked like an extra- extra large. The dresses looked unfinished and there was so much extra fabric in the front and its super wide on top. It looked fitted and small on the model. They are selling lies and when I reached out to get a refund they said I needed to pay for shipping back to China which would have been more than the dresses. I lost my money and the dresses are going in the garbage. They are very defective and have a weird not proportional shape, it would not fit anyone. That was not what they advertised so I should have not been asked to pay for shipping since I didn't order wrong. I ordered 'correctly' and received different sizes and defective dresses. Do not waste your time. You will be very disappointed.
They have gotten back to me instantly when i don't get my items on time. So far all of the items I've ordered have been of the highest quality. I love it!
SERIOUSLY, WATCH OUT!
I placed a big order. Got a few items at a time. One was broken and I contacted custmer service through app. They offered a 40% coupon. I was very disappointed as the item could not be used. Fine! I figured it was just one of my 20 ordered itemd. After recieving only half my order I contacted again to ask wassup. They answered: it takes time. SIX MONTHS LATER I still don't have my stuff and they refuse to refund. They say they shipped it. Well I don't have it, the post office does not have it and no my neighbours CAN NOT pick others packages up. It doesn't work like that in Sweden.
I was approved Refund of ONE item, halleluja... but they refuse to refund me the rest. So basically they stole from me. I payed for items that they refuse to resend (if they truly sent them in the first place they would have gotten them returned to sender) and they refuse to refund me.
WATCH OUT! Crappy clothes wrong sizes, totally totally different than in pics... WATCH OUT FOR REAL.
I bought 20 dresses/tops/pants... only ONE is usable. The rest are sub par, some ok. Again at most (the stretchy stuff might work). I only got half of my order. So stupid of me. There goes 2500 SEK down the drain.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! If you may noticed, most of the photographs are photoshoped. The outfits you will get will look nothing like the ones on the photos. I ordered two dresses. The one that was shipped from the US was OK. But the second one was shipped from China directly. OMG was it a piece of crap: the fabric is itchy, the texture completely different from the one on the picture and the color is different too. I am not even talking about the mysterious size I received. If you want a refund, forget it! There is no way to get it. SAVE YOUR MONEY and shop at target instead.

I ordered a pair of dresses for my girlfriend based on the appearance of the photos. First, it took one month for arrival. Second, the quality was no where near what was expected/pictured. I felt like I could have bought the material and the pattern and made the dresses myself with a high school semester's worth of experience at HomeEc. I didn't bother to inquire about a refund or return. I'll take the loss & warn everyone I come across about the quality. Notice how the dress fits the model in the photo. I ordered a small and it is gonna fit my girl like a potato sack. Materials are really cheap & craftsmanship is cheaper.

I'm really not sure where they get the pictures of the clothing from, because what I received is not what was pictured. It was close; kind of like when you learn to sew and want to mimic popular styles or trends, but just wasn't what I wanted. Nothing fits and the material is of terrible quality.
Placed an order 3 weeks ago and it's still being processed. I paid for 5 to 8 working days delivery. The said that this is 5 to 8 days after it has been shipped. I've no asked for a refund as the will not confirm when I will be processed. Never again will I order from them. I belive the gd comments Musgrave be worker.
I would definitely avoid buying from here again. It took 2.5 months for the clothes to arrive and they did not look the same as the picture. The quality of the clothes I received are quite poor and I was pretty disappointed with everything I received, especially after the length of time it took to come to Canada.
