I received two out of three of the items I ordered. Considering the fact that these items were ordered for a photoshoot, and now I am EXTREMELY inconvenienced, I am not impressed as a first time customer at all! I was charged for something I did not received which is not okay. Nor, was I contacted or notified that the item was not available. At this point I need to see some shoes asap, or my account needs to be refunded. Period.
I was trying to give this company a new try but AFTER I receive the shoes that I PAID FOR, I will not be ordering again.

I ordered from chicme on the 5th march an it arrived this morning and iv never seen something so badly made in all my life its awful. Thought i was getting a beautiful baby doll like it looks in the picture but what i got was a disgrace. Its so poorly made i couldn't even get it on as one side didnt match the other the shoulders are uneven. The stitching is hanging out everywhere. What an absolute joke. Money down the drain. DONT BUY FROM CHICME.
Dress was too big around breast area. And the straps so not have a clean ending, it's like a shoe lace without the end part. Very thin material.
Most sizes i wear small i love to scroll n look at the clothes most items cant blow up i dont like that
DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE. The pictures are NO WAY similar to the item you gonna recieve. I just lost 100 grounds recieving items that i can't even use. I tought it was a US website but is a chinese one so it took me almost 2 months to get my order.

Awful website. I cancelled my order, the order was processed anyway. The shoes I receive were very poor quality and had a very strong "petroleum smell". Do not trust positives reviews... It's impossible they are legit. Unless you want to pay $60 for a pair of shoes that is not even worth $10!

The pictures are not real and if you look at the reviews EVERY REVIEW is GREAT they are writing out fake reviews to sell their clothing. I wanted to return an item, seller REFUSED to give me a return although thhe site clearly state returns are allowed. The outfit I ordered looked like a halloween costume. I was told to sell my item on "eBay" please don't give this site any of your money, you will regret it. Shipping took over a month and a half. Disgusting service.

Very happy, the product was a great knock-off of the designer $7,000 red boot. Happy with the company, customer service, my product... yummy

Do NOT waste your time with this awful company. I ordered a size small dress that should come down my my mid thigh, when I got them, it was HUGE, disgusting material that felt like a bin bag, was extremely see through, and came down to my shins. Clearly a completely different dress to what the model on the site was wearing. I contacted customer service regarding a refund, I got told a few days later that if I paid for the postage to ship them back to China, then they could give me 20% off of my next purchase. If I paid £5 for the dress (which is much more than what it's worth) then I wouldn't be as mad, but I paid £23 for what I thought was a good quality dress and now I'm not getting that money back. Screw this company, don't ever buy from them.

When or IF you receive your merchandise be careful that its just a piece of thin material THATS STAINED UP. When u email there supportchicme.com they never get back to u regarding the return policy. I ordered there crew neck ruffle sleeve blouse (Pink) when I received it there was red ink stain in the middle of the shirt and IT was poorly made with cheap $#*! material. Very cheap quality items, the fabric smells like gas and items are all nylon, poorly sued, pale colored,,,, they never send the right shoes size... you cant write any review... the reviews included are fixed and for advertising... i was so disappointed! So i ordered 3 swim suits on 1/5/18 and was told i would have my order within 7-10 business days... here we are on 1/24 and i still have no shipment. I email them and they tell me its going to take 7-15 MORE days. I ordered these swim suits for a cruise. This is my first time ordering from them and i will never order from them again. They couldnt even be courteous and send me a message about the delay in shipping... smh...
