Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! I placed my order 2/11/2020 and won't receive it till 3/2/2020! Absolutely insane and by the reviews it may not even fit.
I just placed an order for a pair of shoes, a pair of boots and 2 outfits for girlfriend. After they took my money they emailed me requesting that they needed further verification that the credit card used was mine in the form of a picture of my credit card and a picture of my drivers license. How stupid do they think I am? This company should be investigated, charged and banned from doing further business in the United States.

As per the rest of the reviews DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Poor quality, the dress didn't look anything like on the website. I've had to pay to return to Germany and they're refusing the refund the return postage even though the product was faulty. I'm complaining to the equivalent of the Chinese consumer protection and suggest you do too.

If I could leave a zero star... I would. First, I ordered merchandise for a party and purchased express. I was advised that it takes up to 7 days to get the order and fill it. That means the 3-5 day express could never be honored and never was. When I requested a refund they offered me 2% then 5% as if it was up for negotiation. Next, the clothing was ill fit, malfunctioned, cheaply threaded. I pondered sending it back because I didn't want to be without the garments for them to resale and my money. So, I just kept it and said I would never order from them again. Well, its been 3 months since I unsubscribed to the website and I'm still receiving emails. Even after a representative contacted me and states she would take care of it. This company has the worst customer service, cheap clothing and does not honor their word. I would order with caution.

I ordered my 7 item order early morning of January 18 2020 within hours they received their payment because I got confirmation of it yet I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED 6 out of my 7 items and the ONE THING I FINALLY GOT WAS NIT THE SIZE IT CLAIMS TO BE. I got my order 4 weeks after placing my order. I was so disappointed with quality of material and the size it was smaller than what a large is suppose to be. One sleeve bigger than the other. Whew I try to contact them Thur email, phone, and chat they could not locate my acct. I finally was able to find the confirmation email which is not under Chic me. It clothmyths?!?... horrible customer service and hard to get through them.

I went on the Chi me site and loved the clothing, so I placed a large order thinking I was going to be receiving really pretty clothing. When I finally received my order I was disgusted. The clothing looked NOTHING like what I ordered! It was very thin, very cheap looking, the stitching looked like a child did it. It was absolutely horrible. They weren't even close to the shirts I ordered! I reached out to them and they said I could not return the items because it was o we 30 days, (which it wasn't when I wrote them) and everything had to be in the exact same bags it came in...? Who does business like this!? This company is a scam! A complete rip off! Do not give them your money! You will be very disappointed! They don't even deserve 1 star.

I have ordered from chic me on 2 occasions. The quality of the clothing is ok, as you get what you pay for. My biggest problem is priority shipping. I needed clothes for a specific date and paid for priority shipping in 3-5business days. After, my event passed and no order, I inquired about refunding the shipping amount. I went thru 6 representatives and all informed me that standard is 3-5 days to prepare the order so no way to receive priority. But they offer it and I paid for it. Please do not order priority. I received my order in 10 business days. 2 weeks after order. They stop communicating with me altogether and I will NEVER order from someone that can't honor what they say.

I ordered a dress for a NYE celebration on December 17th. On December 19th I received a followup email stating my order had been shipped. For an entire week I kept tracking my package and FEDEX kept relaying to me " PENDING ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE". I just checked it again today after reaching out to chicme and it states my package was just shipped yesterday and will not arrive until January 4th. I now have to go out and spend more money just to find a new outfit for NYE. Smh. This company is misleading their customers by having them believe there packages are coming from the United States, when its actually coming from China. I will definitely NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

This customer service is appalling, do not be fooled into thinking that this company cares about any issues that arise, they don't and they won't sort it out! They just fob you off and say the item is on its way! 3 months later it still hadn't arrived!

We purchased a dress for my daughter's sorority party over 2 weeks before the party and was told 2-5 days shipping. You would have thought the dress would come in plenty of time but it didn't. The day before the party, we still had yet to receive the dress so had to go purchase another dress locally. The party came and went and still no dress. The dress finally arrived 4 weeks after ordered and 2 weeks after the party! I immediately contacted them to return the dress and found out there is no way to co tact them other than e-mail which takes forever. I was then told I would have to pay the return shipping as well when the dress didn't come in on time. So now I've purchased a dress that was late on shipping and had to purchase a much more expensive dress locally and now they expect me to pay to ship it back to them! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the only number they have for contact is a Skype number. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT PURCHASING from these people. Their customer service, shipping and policies are horrible. I've had to return items before and have never had to pay for return shipping especially when it was the company's error. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I cannot give them 0. Horrible, horrible, horrible company and experience! Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
