I read so much about this website. Mostly from instagram and social media and even if some reviews weren't the best most of them were good and convinced me to give it a go. I didn't expect such a wide range of products, I ended up placing quite a big order and everthing I got was exactly like the pictures. Prices are affordable and there's literally something for anybody. I knew shipping would have taken a bit considering where they're shipping from but it actually wasn't so bad neither. I would buy from them again!
These people are scammers. I ordered 3 pairs of sandals at the end of april. It is about to be June and have not received anything. They will not answer and had to escalate it to. Paypal. They answered PayPal and now there is an ongoing case. I have tried to contact them but nothinggggggg. I am livid and they are not refunding me. The lowest scum of the earth... I have no sandals for summer due to these POS AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT PAYPAL IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PHONE CALLS DUE TO COVID. I am going to go above and beyond to make sure these people scam noone else... do not not waste your money on these low quality items and don't give your money to scam artists.

For almost one month, I bought 8 items from CHICME, they only sent 1 item and never sent the other 7 items that left. When contacted them, they always telling me "AFTER 2 DAYS YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE SHIPPED" It's almost one month and nothing happened. Now they keep intimidating me this way" IF YOU CAN'T WAIT, ASK TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER" For how long should I have to wait again? Can you people imagine, they easily got my money and can't send my 7 items? Isn't it SCAM?

I know with Covid-19 shipping can be slow but if you know it will take that long maybe dont accept orders. Now im getting anxious over my orders but no one seems to be helping

Clothes run small. They do not give you the information to return them.Do not order ANYTHING from this company. They give you a phone number that no one ever answers.

SCAMthey don't deliver your orders and will LIE and say it's stuck in US customs. They also have another alias company called FASHGIRL. Will keep sending you FAKE tracking numbers for FEDEX that have no updates! BUYER BEWARE! I ORDERED FROM both Chic Me and FASHGIRL using different emails. I received same exact response from both companies from someone named Cynthia. It's a SCAM. And y'all bet not respond under this asking me to email your FAKE CUSTOMER EMAIL! If anyone has called the (one-eight- one -six-five-four-eight-two-eight-eight-zero) from "Sandra" review. The refund policy is so shady and disturbing. I called yesterday 5/18/2020 to track down my package from "ChicMe" and I spoke with a gentleman by the name of carry with an indian accent he said my package was damaged and that he can issue me a refund. He asked if I had a computer or laptop in front of me I thought he was going to email me a form to fill out but instead I download this software called "teamvision" and this let him have full access to my computer and he took it upon himself to fill out the forms and at one point my computer screen blank I had to control over my computer I didn't know what he was doing I do have personal information on my computer so I don't know if any of my files have been compromised. I didn't have a good feeling at all out this, so I changed e-mail and password on everything and canceled my debit card and asked to a new one from the bank. If you call just be careful with your personal information. I still haven't gotten a cancellation e-mail or my refund.

An order was placed with Chic Me on April the 14th and then cancelled within an hour for $538. And I have went throu the proper step to cancel the order and request for refund. I have been reaching out to Chic Me every other day asking about my refund. They first said it would take 7-10 then 7-14 and then 7-45 day for refund. I can only communicate with them by messagager via facebook. They have messaged me saying the fundes has been sent but yet not showing anything in my account/visa. Can someone give me guidance in getting my refund from these people? HELP PLEASE.
