I made a purchase at the beginning of May for a few summer items, it is not July 2,2020 and my order still hasn't been delivered. There is no way for me to accurately track my package because there system is not updated per representative via email. The company will not provide a direct contact in case of any discrepancy, I have to wait days for a person to email me back regarding my purchase. This is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. Holidays have passed the original even that I ordered the clothes for has passed. Despite their ''easy return policy''CHIC ME will strongly fight and never accept any return. By October 23 2021: I placed and order received Nov 3. By Nov 09 2021: I send a request for a return authorisation and address to return a part of my order that didn't fit and than I unfortunately ordered in double. Despite with their 24 hrs reply promises. I had to send many message w/o any reply but an offer of reduction on my next order. By Nov 19: they told me I had 14 days to complain and they had not received my message. The company is such dishonest that it even erased the proof of messages in the discussion. Fortunately for me I took a print screen of the sent message and send them back. Unfortunately, even if they have nice clothes, they will never accept any return and it does not worth to work with such a dishonnest company'' I can't understad why is CHIC ME working on such a short term vision. For a few dollars return, they will loose thousands of $$ revenues.
I placed a oder on May 11,2020. Ipaid ($97.11) I have tracked my order. I have contacted Chic Me over 20 times. I received one email asking me to be patient. It's now June 26th, I have requested a refund for the items I never received. There customer service is horrible. I ordered my fiancee Pamela a dress on May 28th. It is now June 25th and still have not received my package. Even the tracking number doesn't work. It seems to be stuck on a message indicating it was picked up by a shipping partner in Inglewood, California on May 28th. I received only 1 email reply from "Cynthia" in customer service stating it was shipped on June 3rd and to allow 10-20 business days. I would have taken an Uber and picked it up quicker than that. I may never get what I ordered.

Possibly one of the worst online experiences I have encountered. I do not leave reviews very often but don't want others to fall victim of their scams. I ordered two dresses which came to a total of £56.58. I waited over 6 weeks for them to come with no correspondence from them at all, so I went online and used their online chat, the lady on the other end was extremely rude and basically told me I need to be patient and then ended the chat with me. I then emailed in a massive complaint saying I would open up a complaint with paypal if they did not give me my money back, suddenly they replied saying the items had been shipped that day (coincidence) and gave me the tracking number). I then waited another 2 weeks for the items to arrive. The quality was ridiculously POOR, they was the size of a tea towel, transparent and so flimsy, they honestly must have cosy pennies to make. Their 'policy' says you cannot return until speaking to them and low and behold they were not replying to my emails! I then opened up a complaint with paypal and someone obviously got back to me then telling me it's down to me to pay for returns! So I reluctantly paid and returned the items and have not heard back since. They purposely do not include invoices in hope that you will not bother to send them back so I wrote my own paper 'invoice' with all my details on. WORST 'COMPANY' EVER.
P. s they also have 'reviews' on their page but there is no where to leave a review? And on their Privacy policy it says they have the right to remove reviews. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

My anticipated ship date was April 28 it is June 16 and it hasn't left the warehouse! Waste of money! There customer service doesn't even work it goes straight to voicemail atleast give me a refund!

Their android app crashed and so I paied twice. I have yet to get my £78.28 back... I have been waiting for 16 weeks.
I then returned 3 pairs of shows in april... no trace of them or payment since.

I ordered face mask in beginning of May paid $20 extra to have them shipped quicker. I've emailed this company twice they keep saying my items are on the way. I check the tracking number they send and my package has been sitting in California since May 23rd... it's now June 12th. I've asked for a refund of my money or at least the extra $20 I paid for quick shipping that didn't happen and am being told they can't refund me. I'm pissed I spend over $150 with this company and can't get a dime back. Someone needs to shut this place down I can see I'm not the only one that's had a $#*!ty review.

Ordered two cute scarfs back in middle april that i was going to use for masks. Got notification it was shipped april 26th. Got to the los angels port on april 28th which its currently still sitting at in customs. Its june 4th now. If i would of known it would take this long i would never had ordered. Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
