I purchased a pergola for my patio and the item never arrived. After many emails ( no phone customer service) I was told that the item was delivered. The tracking number provided said: label created. This company is not legit. Be careful when purchasing.
Worst website ever! Do not buy anything from them! I ordered something over a month ago still have not received anything and the last update on my tracking # is from 2 weeks ago. When I emailed them it seems like its an automated email saying to check my tracking number, Very unprofessional, I will never buy from them again. What a waist of time!
False advertisement with wrong sizes and quality. They list measurements that are not accurate. They don't have a customer service department and lust an invalid email address. Thank God I used PayPal.

Horrible quality, all ten items looks like cheap disposible halloween costumes. Sizing is totally inaccurate, what is suppose to be a medium might fit a double zero. Organization is very difficult to deal with, they will not refund my money rather citing the "hassle" it is to return items and I'd be best to accept a 20% refund. The items are basically garbage or to be used in the garage as rags.

I placed an order on April 17,2020 and have never received it. They immediately put a charge on my credit card. I have contacted them 3 times and I get the same run around every time with no solution. They say it has been shipped but when you go to Fedex it only shows that a shipping label was made but there was NEVER any shipment. After almost 3 months, NO package and NO refund. I would not recommend this company. I will NEVER order from them again.
