I requested a refund because the product I recirved was very poor quality. I was told mask cannot be returned. I checked return policy listed on line and mask were not part of the list. I was offered 20% which is unacceptable to me. I am still waiting for my refund
Total scam company! Took my money and I haven't seen my items and its been two months. I ordered 4 items and the "Track" your order just shows my items going back and fourth from domestic and international. Super annoying because it shouldn't take 2 months to get here no matter where its coming from

DO NOT USE CHIC ME! I purchased a dress for $40 and spent $33 for Express Shipping and an additional $2 for insurance. I received a letter in the mail from DHL (the shipping company they use), that unless I pay an additional $27, they will not deliver my dress. I contacted Chic Me several times, by "Whatsapp", through their online "Support Chat" and via "Instagram". Maple & Neo were the two representatives that "replied". These staff members were most unhelpful, did not have a good handle of the English language, and would not assist me at all! I asked to speak to a manager, to give "Chic Me" a second chance to rectify the situation, however Neo nor Maple obliged. Moral of the Story: BE WARNED THAT THE SHIPPING CHARGES REFLECTED ON THE CHIC ME WEBSITE ARE FALSE ADVERTISING AND YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM/YOUR ORDER. Also, THEIR SUPPORT STAFF ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH AND MOST UNHELPFUL. I would never purchase here again.
It did not look like the picture, twice the size. You had no small to pick from. The medium was xxx large. Looks terrible. Guess I'll sleep in it!

The second that I opened my package (mask with 2 side vents), 1 of the vents immediately came apart, and fell OFF the mask! It obviously won't protect me, if it is SO cheaply made. Therefore, I would not recommend purchasing this product... EVER!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
