First, the shoes that caught my eye never left my cart. I had them all in my cart and those shoes looked like a separate order or something. I was entitled to free shipping with my order not knowing that after I made my purchase the shoes i really wanted were not in the order. I get a message and it states to check out again but this time they tried to shipping. I didn't purchase those. Then i have to pay for insurance just to ensure i get my package I guess and expedited shipping making my order much more then the cost of the shoes. I ended up getting a refund because one of my shoes never shipped. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it still took a over a month. I could not proper track my package. When my package arrive I am missing a mask. One pair of shoes came in 2 different sizes and all pair run extremely small.

The ordering of the product was easy, the delivery was slow. The product does not fit me and am just giving it to one of my daughters. I usually don't have to try on dresses at all, but this one did not fit! I was shocked being that I ordered a medium and can usually wear small dresses.

You are allowing fabric and design that is NOT at all like the sales picture NOR even like what others have sent pictures.
Looking on the website spoilt for choice lots of really nice items of clothing, on arrival the quality was a little disappointing material really thin and looks cheaper than on pictures.
