All items are not at all like the items ordered. Too small, off colors, bad lace, arrived late.
I made two orders, both I had issues with. They sent two sweaters in the wrong colour (pink instead of white) and they sent me a defective pair of shoes where the strap is twisted. I inquired through their support email and they told me I have to pay return shipping like any other return. Company mistake, company should pay. I paid for things that I didn't properly receive and they won't help. Don't buy from this company.
