Perfect wine themed holiday top received earlier than expected!

I submitted a return request over 14 days. No response. Sent pictures of the flaw items as well.

Product does not look as it does on site. And was weeks late so defeated the purpose of the reason I purchased.

Slow shipping times. Ships from China and expedited shipping didn't stop it from being shipped over a week after I ordered it. Not a good company in my experience.

The shipping was fairly quick, but the size of the item did not fit.

Cute fit, but terrible quality - buttons came out immediately

The only draw back was I didn't know it was being shipped from over-seas. But I do understand these have to clear customs and that takes awhile. I deem the delivery on-time

Took forever to receive products. During checkout it wasn't easily evident it was coming from China and would take 3 weeks. If I had known it was coming from China I would've not ordered it.

Not happy because a customer can't contact their number

Cool style but the quality isnt cheap Af. The button almost fall apart but i guess u get what u pay for.

Ordering was easy pictures descriptions of items were beautiful however when received the one teddy never received second quality was extremely poor and size was not true.

Overall I paid wayyy too much for something that was too big and made out of cheap material for the price point. It looks like a pillowcase with a gold chain.

The pants were not what I bought the nightwear the part of the dinners very small the natural blouse color too small

Everything was great minus not receiving the my order on time before Christmas.

Love the dress but took a little to long to receive the dress. I'm still in love with the dress.

This is the first time I have used chic me and am extremely disappointed... the zip broke trying the trousers on, the dress was worn once and had lost a popper. The red Christmas top when washed ran and so the white snowflakes are now pink and the stitching on the grey top is completely damaged, so I have worn 2 of the products once each and none of it is now wearable. Extremely disappointed.

Good easy shopping. But go bigger than you would normally
