The shipping was fairly quick, but the size of the item did not fit.
The only draw back was I didn't know it was being shipped from over-seas. But I do understand these have to clear customs and that takes awhile. I deem the delivery on-time
Took forever to receive products. During checkout it wasn't easily evident it was coming from China and would take 3 weeks. If I had known it was coming from China I would've not ordered it.

This is the first time I have used chic me and am extremely disappointed... the zip broke trying the trousers on, the dress was worn once and had lost a popper. The red Christmas top when washed ran and so the white snowflakes are now pink and the stitching on the grey top is completely damaged, so I have worn 2 of the products once each and none of it is now wearable. Extremely disappointed.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
