It took way too long to arrive. I had to but another outfit on my vacation.
It arrived late. Comes from China not California like their company and billing department. Just has cut slits in the cotton for buttons to go in. I feel overtime without reinforce stitching those will stretch out. But wife likes the look of it brand new.
I love the color and the fullness of the sleeves. However, the rest of the blouse leaves me dissatisfied. The opening in the front is way too large and the material is thin so I would have to wear a shell.

Customer service is awful and they don't refund you and don't offer store credit they just offer lower price on more items to get you to spend more with them. The clothing is cheap looking and the pics look amazing online but look nothing like that when you get it. Also the sizing is on the smaller side.
X average - I am an average size and taking my measurements and recommended fit into consideration, I purchased what I thought should fit, sadly all items were too small.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
