I ordered smallest size for both - "Small" was only option. Both sets I received were HUGE, especially the bottoms. You can put an "S" tag on anything, I suppose.

Placed an order they claim it will ship in 3-10 business on the 10th business day still hadn't shipped and I needed this order for a vacation... asked to pay extra for better shipping was told not possible cancel order and they'll ship my new one fast so I felt it was a scam. Received my refund quicker than expected but very pissed they couldn't have just shipped my order in the quoted time.

Costumer service is horrible! I ordered more than 3 weeks ago and still have not received anything! A lot of the things I ordered were not available after I had already placed my order which is insane! And my package got sen in 5 different packages the last one being sent today because they couldn't figure it out! That is UNACCEPTABLE! I kept writing to costumer service because you dont even have a number to contact, and the response always came like a day or two later with no help at all! I needed this for a trip and now that I will not receive any of it on time I will be returning all of it and expect my full refund and im not paying for the return either or I will just report this to my card because I have all the prove of all the times I wrote to get my money back and didnt get a solution!

I love this jumpsuit. It is super comfortable and fits perfectly. It runs true to the size chart. Great price also. I was a little bit scared to order off Instagram, scared about the quality but it is fabulous!
The jackets/tops are much smaller than the description.
I will not be able to wear any of the tops - 3 that I purchased and it is too difficult to ship back.

Ordered T-shirt with red lips zip logo. Came quite quickly ( within 2 weeks). Good fit. Nice quality.
I wasn't aware the items are coming from overseas and due to Covid it takes longer so I was a bit upset but then I got my stuff and I love them and I realized it's not their fault with this situation things are delayed. They are very nice and kind. They try their best to help. I bought more stuff and can't wait to receive them.

Ordered 6 items & its been over a month now and have only received 2 items. I was only sent 1 update about the status of my delivery. Very upset. Was trying to surprise my girlfriend for our anniversary and did not happen.
Waited almost a month and still didn't get my order. When I asked for a refund, they said that the order had shipped, and they couldn't refund. Also, I would have to pay for return shipping. Save yourself some headache and don't order anything!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
