I havent recieved tracksuit set yet waited few weeks spoke to chic me on messenger they were very helpful but still not recieved the goods yet was meant to be a birthday gift but birthdays been and still no goods
So I tried to order, it would not go through, saying failed and try again. But the next morning the money was take. Out of my account. My bank locked my card I got that taken care of but the site still says I have not completed my order. But the money is still gone. Tried emailing 2 times with no reply so far. If i can get contacted and either my order shipped to me or my money returned i would gladly change my rating but if it dont get fixed or i get at least an email I'm changing it even lower.

My Order was delayed, and only 2 of the 4 items ordered arrived. I sent an email to the support team about the outstanding 2 items, and I was told it's on its way and in transit. I still haven't received the outstanding 2 items.
