I placed an order for the first time with this site and it's been one issue after another! I was contacted saying one of the products I ordered was no longer available and asked to pick something else. I sent them the new product I wanted and they said they couldn't locate it. So I continue to send them the info for the new product and after a WEEK they finally locate the product and add it to my order. Then 2 weeks later I'm contacted again saying ANOTHER product is out of stock and will take a while to get to me. It's been a month and a half and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING I ORDERED! I will never purchase anything from this site again.

I got 3 items paid almost $28 for for my items to be deliver within 7 days. After a week I got an mail saying my items were not available and they will notify me in a couple of weeks. And that i was going to be given a five dollar coupon. I responded by saying that i should be refunded the $28 for faster delivery, I am still waiting for a respond. Horrible shopping. Placed order for wife's anniversary gift a month in advance and no gift. Almost no communication and you have no idea its coming from China until you dig deep after weeks with no correspondence. Still have not received and order says shipped 3 days ago yet FedEx shows no shipping date, only "shipping label created". Very frustrated and would not order from them again. Can't comment on the product since it's not here and good luck returning if it doesn't fit. Would be more to ship back than the $60 shoes are worth.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
