The reason I bought from ChicMe was because they said delivery in 4 to 5 days. It's almost been a month and I can't even get them to tell me where my purchases are. So had to spend more money on different bday presents for my girlfriend. I will never recommend or use ChicMe again.

Firstly they were on the most expensive side of sites i'd looked at but liked the selection so i bought it anyways, $80 for panties, and what was supposed to be 3 bra, panties & garter-belt sets however after waiting literally over 2 months for 1 ITEM out of 4 to be delivered! Half way through, after checking on the progress of shipping a month after purchase it had yet to even be processed at a factory in china, so I attempted to cancel the order but wasn't able to. Still havent gotten the rest and what i did get wasn't properly sewn and was falling apart. This was worse than if even dollar store quality! I WANT my money back but have no clue how to do that and will never buy from them again
I received 2 of my 3 items. The items I received are of a lower quality than even Walmart. Bad construction and print detail fabric quality is sooooo cheap.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
