Horrible experience. I never got my items after waiting months. And staff doesn't comprehend English. There email communications did not make sense and was same generic type of messaging almost like they had a bot responding as it gave no real solution. I will be filing a claim. AVOID THEM!

Shipping took forever. I ordered it and it "shipped out" one week later. By shipped out, I mean the tracking number was sent to FedEx and it took another week and a half to actually ship out. It basically took an entire month to arrive. When it finally did the quality of the dress wasn't good, it was cheap, and the measurements didn't match up to those provided on the site, so it was poorly made. I wouldn't purchase from here again.
