Horrible experience. I never got my items after waiting months. And staff doesn't comprehend English. There email communications did not make sense and was same generic type of messaging almost like they had a bot responding as it gave no real solution. I will be filing a claim. AVOID THEM!

I was a little scared at first cause it took awhile for delivery.

I still see products that i wanna buy but i am hesitant, because i didn't have good expreince with the 2 products that i have purchased before.

Shipping took forever. I ordered it and it "shipped out" one week later. By shipped out, I mean the tracking number was sent to FedEx and it took another week and a half to actually ship out. It basically took an entire month to arrive. When it finally did the quality of the dress wasn't good, it was cheap, and the measurements didn't match up to those provided on the site, so it was poorly made. I wouldn't purchase from here again.

Delivery takes too long, I don't want to have to wait 3 weeks for a purchase

Well about the awake I just learned how to do the edges and I like called the mood to texture of the hair soft it's bouncy the dress I love it so it actually worked out pretty good so yes I appreciate it but it just took a little too long but it's okay

When I receive my items that are purchased it had a hole in it the material wasn't the same as the picture the shorts wear long not like the picture and I also had to pay for it to get $#*! back
