I ordered from ChicMe after deliberating as you see so many fake sites, I eventually went for it, used Paypal just in case, but the goods arrived, better than expected so pleased overall. Will be ordering again now that I know it's legit

I will never order from this site ever again! I waited 2 months for the clothes I ordered to be delivered for them to 1. Not fit, the size is not accurate at all 2. The shirt I ordered with a print on it was crooked 3. When you try to email are call to track your order there's no response. 4. When you look on the website for customer service there's no way to contact them what so ever! And to make matters worse I'm still waiting on items I ordered with the first and last order I'll ever purchase from CHICME WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, and MONEY and the material the clothes are made with is very cheap!
My experience was just fine overall. I'm disappointed that the small was so big. An xs would have been the perfect size, but wasn't an option.
I bought these outfits for my wife to take on vacation next month. I know she's excited to put them on, but won't let me see them till we arrive at our destination. ChicMe has excellent selections. There's something for everyone.

I've waited a whole month for my package and the tracking has stayed the same, it says the label has been created but not given to the package company? So my package is just sitting there waiting to be given to fedex or? I'm asking for a refund and they said I can only get refunded for items that aren't shipped. None of my items have been shipped?

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
