I have checked two dresses of different sizes. In the end I did not like the design of the dress and when I wanted to return it, I had to speak to 4 different people via chat. There was no full refund of the value of the two products, otherwise I had to accept only 10%. Terrible service

I have been receiving a mass of emails since placing my order. I have unsubscribed countless times as well as contacted the non existent customer service with no resolution at all. I would have never ordered from this company if i knew this was the service i would receive. I had to file a report to attempt to get the emails to stop, yet here i am receiving a survey.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
