Have always shopped with ChicMe even though it takes long to come but the problem was sending an item back which was to small, waiting for a return info all I got back was them tell me they will give me 30 percent off to keep it when I ask for a return I don't expect them to tell me about percent off I expect a return form then all of this messing around at the end I just took the 30 percent off but will never order from them again to long winded.

The shipping took over 2 weeks and customer support was useless no option for expedited shipping not to mention the shoes I bought were for a wedding I was in and by the time the wedding was over my shoes were falling apart.

The items are very Nice, but much too small, the Eu size is not correct.
I had to chase my order, to be told there was a delay with my delivery,,, when I placed the order it stated 7-10 days. My order took over 3 weeks to arrive. No compensation for the delay which I'd bought for a gift, hence too late!
