Entering the address was very frustrating. It took me many tries to get it to do what I needed. Then thought shipping was suppose to be free but it didn't come up that way
I haven't received my item and the customer service is poor, no one seems to be helping me! I've waited 5-6 weeks and still yet to receive my parcel, and no one seems to be replying to my emails so I can get this resolved. I will not be ordering from this website ever again!

Website is very hard to navigate. Gave me a coupon of 60% off then it took it away and I could only get a 55% discount. Emile's support and all they did was ask me to send a screen shot. I can't do that if they took it away.

Item was ordered and not delivered, when contacted chic me tried to blame me, said check with neighbour, then provided a tracking number, when checked it had been returned to sender, I asked for a refund for the whole amount and they refused, wouldn't refund postage and another amount, would only refund for item bought, in the end I agreed to delivery because I was out of options, will never use again
