Entering the address was very frustrating. It took me many tries to get it to do what I needed. Then thought shipping was suppose to be free but it didn't come up that way

Item was ordered and not delivered, when contacted chic me tried to blame me, said check with neighbour, then provided a tracking number, when checked it had been returned to sender, I asked for a refund for the whole amount and they refused, wouldn't refund postage and another amount, would only refund for item bought, in the end I agreed to delivery because I was out of options, will never use again

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
