First time Eva shopping on this site and it was an amazing experience. Orders was ship fast and came in proper packaging and as seen on the web site and true to size. Amazing site
First of all half of the items ordered were not available. So first shipment of things received the quality was absolute garbage. One of the panties came apart just by touching them. The items were too big and no. Returnable so loss of money. Then the package came in 2.5 months later and again the quality not good.
I won't be ordering from chic me again.

I wanted to return a top that was way too small compared to other tops I have purchased in the same size. I had to pay for the return postage or receive a 10% coupon for a future purchase, but had to be used within a week. Not really a good system. Can't wear the top and it's not worth sending back. I chose three items and they added up to $100, but the price was calculated wrong on their end. I put the coupon code in and instead of being $90, I ended up paying $100 still as it was added up wrong! I got in touch with them, but they didn't quite get what I was saying!
I received the tops, slow to get there but that's ok, and was very surprised by the quality of them. Would have given five stars, but the lace top had offcut bits (tiny, but noticeable) in between the lace and the top. I might have to cut it to let them out.
After I applied 25 percent off then went back on site to check something.Then went to check out would not let me use it.Was like they thought I had used it.Not happy about that
Awful worst company that I have ever bought from in 30 years, customers service awful
Takes 5 weeks to get clothing, disgusting how you don't refund the full money and keep offering discount and percentages of refunds
This company should not be allowed to trade and I will be looking at taking some legal advise about my past part refund and a future refund - distance buying had a legal obligation to the full refund and customer protection so you will be hearing again from me

Lovely clothes, good variety. Customer service also good.
Took a chance on Chicme when it popped up on my instagram feed. No regrets. Disappointed some of the items I wanted were no longer available despite showing on the website. Also wish shipping didn't take so long. However, good experience overall, will shop again.
After one wash on cold settings, my ribbed tank tops are already pilling and unraveling around the collar and sleeves.

Shipping was as indicated and description was fairly accurate. It was a graphic print on polyester and would to have liked to have seen that detail in the description as well as fabric weight/ thin.
This was the second outfit I bought the first one was too small so ordered a large there was hardly any difference in size, really disappointed

I bought two items, they took over a month to receive. They didn't fit. I tried to return them multiple times within the 14 day window and the agent would NOT and literally refused to give me a shipping label. They kept trying to tell me to keep the 2 items and give me a % of the money I spent. So, I have disputed with my credit card company.

It's not very often that I purchase anything from Chin me but each time that I have it has been uncomplicated /easy to order which comes with the bonus of not having to wait weeks for delivery.
The product I bought fitted very well as I never thought about buying a jumpsuit (l don't normally wear any trousers) but thought I would take a leap and ordered one and was surprised how well it fitted/looked on me. Will be ordering another one.
Shopping with Chic is very straightforward. Easy to find what you are looking for.
Delivery is pretty fast.
When I opened my package I saw that they are all too small for me to fit I didn't get tot try anything on and am not able to make a return or exchange for the clothing.

I ordered a khaki jump suit never arrived said it was delivered I've sent emails and got nothing back, then a dress my last order and again that has vanished so no clothes and no money! Good material. Size S still to big for me. I'm 5'0,130lbs. I don't remember if there was Xs but next time I knw to size down.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
