I used to buy from fashion nova (I still sometimes, they are not bad) but chic couture has become my favorite, first order was too small for me but it was my mistake because I did not check their size chart, so I finally knew that I wear medium, after this I wait every Friday to see they have new, their models are the best and they also have good prices, the only thing is that they dont refund, only store credit, but is perfect for me, I love them, for sure I will keep buying from them
I have never ordered from here EVER. BUT SOME HOW MY CARD WAS CHARGED, I called and got a boy that sounded so high it was making Me sick hearing him talk. I asked him about the site and told him I was charged and never made a purchase. Well he then says "cam I do something for you" completely ignoring me and my questions. I will get to the bottom of this for sure
I was hoping that my experience would be first class because the clothes look so flawless in the photos. When I received the items however the quality wasnt there. Flimsy material. Plus the clothes for me ran a bit small. Not a true Large. Large to me was more like a medium in what I ordered. I really love the styles but I feel the quality is not what I need it to be. It seems a bit junior league but they have something they can expand on with the right changes. In addition I hate the return policy. It is not with industry standards of free return shipping and NO refunds.

I must say the styles are very chic but it's not couture. The quality you get it's not worth the price. I've ordered 3 times too many and was disappointed 2 times. If you must buy, with till there is a sale.

I ordered here but my dress too small. And the dress is cheap looking. Its not what on website at all. I am very confused how to wear it. I expect more. Very sad
Ordered & paid for a product on 4/17. Rcvd email on 4/19 that it was shipped & I that I would get updates on the delivery. I never heard from them again and 11 weeks later I am still waiting...
I purchase a large, but when I put it on the lining in the middle was crocked, they need refunds...
I got my dress today and i am so upset. The quality look very cheap and it see thru. The fit also terrible how come i order Large and its feel like Small!
The order arrived on time, but there was dis-coloration on the back of the material. The material was okay, but for the price I was disappointed finding to faded like spots on the garment.
