Cheap Air provides a true CHEA and Terrible customer service. Do not waste your money and time, I have been waiting to talk to someone from in cancellation department for 2 hours and 35 minutes. I was transferred to 4 people ( I am serious and I am no exaggerating) Their customer service is from India, very hard to understand when they talk too fast. When the 4th person answered and started to talk, I couldnt understand 1 word and when I asked him to talk slowly to understand what he says, he just HUNG UP on me. POOOOOR service. I give them - 1
I love how easy it is to book hotels and flights in this website it's my go to website if I want a quick booking and find lots of great prices also definitely recommend!
I called them with in 2 hrs after my reservation they wanted to charge me $75 per person. Their website reads, free cancellation within 24 hrs
Do not use CheapoAir. I tried to use my credit of $800 USD and they put me on hold for more than 2 hours and transferred me 8 times before I hung up. You better speak Hindi because you're calling India. I couldn't understand them and they got furious. This is the WORST booking company I've ever dealt with.
Never buy a ticket from cheapoair. They steal your money in a pure legal way. I bought a ticket and set the prices to be displayed in Australian dollar. I assumed the the displayed prices are all in Australian dollar. But it was a malfunction of the website since they were still in USD although it showed AUD on top of the page. USD was not displayed next to the prices at all. So, I totally assumed they were all AUD. I paid for that and then got charged for 70$ more for the exchange rate. I complained to them and they said your booking confirmation was based on USD. But, how am I supposed to know that when I had set them to be based on AUD? I couldn't do anything to prove that I had set the prices to be based on AUD.
Does anyone know that cheapoair charges $50 to cancel your reservation within 1 hour period? I made a booking for 2 persons with Spirit but nowhere it was indicated that I will have to pay an extra $37 per flight to bring carry-on bag. I realised the bug only when I received an email from Spirit where it was clearly writen that I was not allowed to bring any bag with the booking I made with Cheapoair. So, Spirit offered free cancellation but since my booking was made via cheapoair the agent and her manager did not wanted to refund my tickets. Bottom line AVOID Cheapoair.
Very comfortable website, using it for more than a year, never had a problem. Always have best prices, which you can compare and a lot of good deals! Plus, they send you discounts to your email almost every month. Definitely recommend it.

Just booked a flight yesterday and i made a mistake for my return date flight and i asked them if i could change the date only on my return flight guess what how much they will charge you per person C700+$ just for changing the date only same time same date departure! Does anyone know that cheapoair or the flightcarrier companies do charge $75 to cancel your reservation within 24 hour period? Is this a rule now or i was just scammed by them on 3/27/17? If anyone has info please share.
Rezana, every online booking site is different. The 24 hour grace policy is set by the airlines. Most allow you to void a reservation within 24 hours of making it, for those who may of had a change of plans. The $75.00 fee can also be the online booking agency fee where the 24 hour cancel policy is not applicable to those companies. Tommy, very sorry to hear of your recent billing issue. But we do not charge additional fees on anyones card that have not been authorized. We do advise you at the end of the transaction you will be billed in 2 separate transactions, but they will not be more than the agreed upon price. Take the charges you see, and add them up, you should get exactly what was authorized. Provide the 8 digit booking number, and we can assist you with your issue.
A bunch of criminals. They advertise a price and bill your credit card another. Then they make you wait 3 hours on hold and hope you will give up.

Recently purchased business class tickets for international travel. I saved a lot of money and booking was and so easy. I will most definitely repeat business.
I ben bay ticket for my mom and she was going to the airport but taxi driver have flat tire so she miss her flight, I call customer service it was Indian try to pay the fee to get another day but the started to treat me like I'm stopped or like is my first time I travel the want to charge me more than 400$ just for fee and the try to get this fast the was tell me if u don't pay now u will lose your ticket, so thank god my friend was next to me he told me this person want to steal your money, so hung up the phone on them than I call another customer service he was also from India seam thing but this one want to charge me just almost 350$ so I feel these people like the work in this company like scam. So i call again another one this one he charged me for new ticket that cost $659.20 USD, i told them i don't give u right to charge me on my credit card this ticket so i was have argument and thank god i was recording his voice tell i told them i record your voice than he cancel this ticket he was want to charge me, so i call the air plan company to get this fix the charge me only 160$ and u can see that is not safe anymore to use this company CheapOair and now im try to sign in on my account i find then the delete my account i think so because i use my email and password the dont let me in to see my mom ticket, so im just want to know, this company is safe or all worker are scam treating people like that
