I booked a flight with them for dec 6-9 from Knoxville TN to New Orleans LA. When I was already in New Orleans I reslized that my return flight was actually booked for the 12th. Obviously, I needed to go home on the 9th. My hotel was up on the 9th as well as my rental car. I called customer service TWICE and they said that they could see that I entered the 6-9. However, I had picked a flight that was for the 12th. I said I understand that I made a mistake and needed to move my flight to the 9th. They said they couldn't move it. Also that they would not refund any portion of it. It was a round trip flight for 2 and it cost about $800. They told me the best they could do was offer me 2 1 way tickes for over $1000. I belive when a website has a search criteria then the offers they post should at lest fit the criteria. I understand that I chose the wrong flight but all I wanted was a reasonable refund or discount so that we could mke it home. I will never do business with this company ever again
After spending 1,020.15 on a ticket to Florida for my girlfriend and I.
They gave us a confirmation number for our flights.
Following day we go to take the flight and they won't issue our tickets. So we call and figure out what we can.
Come to find out they had a "system error glitch" and they needed to run the card again. Sure thing.

I spent several hours trying to cancel a flight and be sure a second flight was in fact booked. I had to talk to no less than 4 different people, most of which were difficult to understand. It confounds me that i could not look up both bookings on the website by name. One of them was made 6 mos ago. If you don't retain a booking number, you are out of luck. However, the task was completed after several hours and many conversations with different representatives.

I learned a very hard lesson with Cheapoair, please learn from me and never trust them with your business. I booked a flight to return from a foreign country to the USA with them. They sent me a confirmation email and charged my credit card for the flight. When I wasn't able to check-in for my flight, I messaged cheapo to make sure everything was alright with my booking, to which they replied that it was indeed okay. They told me to just physically check-in at the airport. Well at the airport I found out I had NO flight reservation. Cheapo Air didn't follow through with my booking OR let me know that the reservation had been canceled. I was stuck in a foreign country with no way home, and they were so rude about it. One of their representatives actually laughed at me when I was crying on the phone. They only admitted fault after 2 hours of climbing my way up different supervisors (I have a recording of this phone call). Even after admitting fault, they refused to give me a refund. I'm disputing the fraudulent charge with my credit card company now. But let me tell you, this was an extremely hurtful and scary experience. I will only be booking directly through airlines from now on. DONT TRUST THEM!

Accidentally didn't complete booking on line. Called and was told ticket rice went up. Went back on line and completed booking at original price.
The worst experience with this company, I booked a ticket online, i received the booking confirmation, after that i received an email, that they do not have a ticket for me, after the flight was advertise on their site, i tried to find with them another flight, on the same dates, with the same amount pf money, but they did not give another flight, they said they do not have, i tried another reservation online while I was on the phone with the operator, i completed my reservation online, and the second time they told me is not available anymore the flight.
So 2 flights advertise on the site of cheaponair, no tickets available, no help from the operator with another flight ticket. Good luck with them, i would not even give the 1 star

Cheapoair deposit my refund to the wrong account the one we agreed on not to. But cheapoair decided to do whatever cheapoair want and never even considered that it was my refund they played with. Also because of me trusting cheapoair. When I shouldn't have never trusted cheapoair. Because of many bad reviews. Cheapoair costed me $525.00. Which pretty much cheap could care less. Also cheapoair is so scandalous they have all these useless workers they act like there going to help me but at the end cheapoair is very scandalous. How can a company mess up consumers money they get paid to deposit in my account and not follow through on it. And still act like they did nothing wrong. But that's cheapoair style and there inhuman ways of doing business!
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
