Everything Worked Amazing for my family and I. We needed to change a ticket and was able to do so for little to nothing! We always use CheapOair!
They would not share any rules with you, I asked them to send me those rules at my email that states even in medical emergency there would not e refund. And there are another set of rules that states they can not share those rules.

Update 12-14-19: CheapOAir offered me the fees it collected as a refund. It was a quick response to my frustration.

The seat booking was messed up and your agent tried to rebook. This caused my card to be charged twice... one full payment was taken and the second was held. This took me over my $usd account limit and fees were incurred. The hold has not been removed in spite of a conference's call between your billing department, my bank and myself and I therefore don't have access to over $1200 usd of my savings... VERY POOR... you did this without telling me. And you still won't act by releasing the hold when you have been sent the paper work that is required by my bank.
