I booked the ticket my name on the green card ( my ex last name)
And time come I got the citizenships and I had passport name update to my current husband last name
And I called the cheapoair to change the last name and I explained to the agent on the phone with them for an hour
And the first guy said call the Korean air to change the name
I called Korean air and the lady said that she can change the name but the agent have to do it with them
Then I called cheapoair back and the guys said oh no can't change the name b/c the Korean air denied to change the name
I told him I had talk to the Korean air agent and they said they can change the name but have to be the cheapoair agent b/c they the one book the ticket
And then he said ok if you said so I will contact them ( Korean air)
For 20 minutes waited he told me he will tries to send them the passport
Update and will let me know
I waited for them and they send me to fee to change the name $200 if Korean air do it
I don't have any more email
And on the date to get on board I can't go with the lady delta air called in tries to help me change my name for one hour and half
I have to go home and buy another ticket $2000
So up set I called Korean air and cheapoair at them same phone called 3 party talks and I found out that the agent of cheapoair didn't want to change my name and claimed in the Koran air
I did feel so ground to be come a citizen of United States and its made me feel like a mistake to be come a citizen.
I missed the flight and I have to flight alone instead I go on with my husband and my son
I had books the ticket on this website and been a loyal customer but if I need help with a click on there computer they can't help me
And rude my vacation plan with my family
Had some issues at the beginning but agent Prior was kind and humble to give me a call back and address those issues, he didn't stop until I was satisfied so that is great customer service and that is what makes customers return to this agency. I would definitely highly recommend and use again.

This company offers very poor customer service. When I contacted cheap O air via telephone I spoke with the gentleman who was very rude because I was enquiring why the price up my ticket was 20% more than what I could have bought it on the airline's website. I questioned as to whether they offer refunds and price matching the gentleman said I should send an email which I did only to find out that they only offer that service 24 hours from the purchase of your ticket and unfortunately I did not receive the email back from them and the required 24 hours therefore they offer no customer service. There are much better reputable companies out there to purchase your airline tickets do not purchase from this company you will not receive any service and they will charge you to even print your ticket which makes no sense. Stay away from this company!

My husband I purchased a trip to go to NY. My brother died by suicide so our friends bought us a one way ticket to get you there earlier to cheer us up.
They did not let us keep our flight home since we wouldn't be on the one there. They had us call trio insurance who doesn't honor suicide. What a sad pathetic stigma to our one someone who lost a loved one.
I called the airline who said we must deal with who we booked with so let the run around begin.

CheapOAir is the WORST travel agent and all the reviews on this website are fake. You can try and write a review with a fake email address and a fake booking number. SiteJabber doesn't even confirm your email nor does it confirm the booking number. CheapOAir has employees in India mainly responsible for writing fake positive reviews online.
No where did it state I would have to pay $60 for a carry on bag. This disgusts me. I will never be using this website, nor flying with spirit airlines again. Charging $60 for a carry on bag is preposterous, especially because I was forced to purchase this because my plane ticket was already booked. I am very disappointed.

It was great except for the unpleasant surprise of having to pay for my checked luggage on the first flight. My trip is to America and the info said flights to America have one free checked luggage. Since im going to America I thought no more about it. When I had already bought the ticket then it said pay for luggage. It seemed like a bad trick. It would be helpful to offer to buy luggage BEFORE the ticket is purchased! However, I did REALLY appreciate the sign at the beginning that said this is the end ticket price, that there were no hidden costs going to pop up in simply buying the flight. Thank you for that rare honesty at that point!

Made the mistake of booking though cheapoair.com. Had plans to visit my son for Christmas who is active duty military stationed on a submarine. Logistics changed at the last minute by the US Navy and I had to change my Return flight. I was told I would have a credit ($478) for 12 months, had to rebook with same airline. Cancellation fee was $50, but they won't take it out of my $478 credit, they want "new money" above and beyond what I already paid. Then when I rebook, they want $200 rebook fee, which they won't take out of my $478 credit, do it is going to cost me $250 to use my $478 credit. I actually tried rebooking my return flight through cheapoair, but they wanted an additional $410 on top of my $478 credit and $50 cancel fee from me to get on a crappy two stop flight back to Seattle! I booked direct flight from Boston to Seattle for $411 directly with Alaska Airlines. Oh, and while I was trying to rebook through cheapo, I had their website pulled up and their rep was quoting me prices for flights that were $100 higher than the exact same flights I was looking at as we spoke. Total scam. I'm not done with this yet. They are in violation of the Service Members Civil ReIief Act of 2003 and I'm not going to allow this to happen.

Good pricing just don't care for the timing part as in 20 mins is not long enough when you have to go finding cards and dates with other ppl your going to see. Baggage prices could be better

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
