Horrible customer service, know one answering call or emails. Affiliation with Routes Car Rental, which left my boyfriend and I stranded at the airport when their shuttle never showed. Cheapoair should have know there was an issue with my pick-up... and I reached out without a response. I paid your baggage fee of $42 for a checked bag plus $10 fee. Both American Airlines ($30) and Frontier Airlines($65) charged me for a checked bag. Now the other car rental place Fox Car Rentals is holding a large deposit on my credit card that hasn't been remove.

Flexible ease, when I touched travel assistance there was no way to change that. I could not find out what I had bought... just 11 dollars more. When I have to pay for baggage at $50. A pop I wanted to know what I had bought.

The absolute WORST! Their customer service is literally NON-EXISTENT! I was put on hold for an average of 20 minutes multiple times just to ask a simple question about an itinerary that was canceled and their refund policy! You're better off dealing with Expedia or even Price Hopper! Cheapoair is an utter KOKE
Pathetic. Didn't book my ticket right away and I have to purchase the same ticket for higher price. Ridiculous, service they notified me via email at 4am in the morning which obviously I missed.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
