My friend advised me to use Cheapoair and I very please with the ease to browse and select the cheapest flight. Booking was very easy and they do offer the cheapest flight. Also customer service followed up with a phone call. Its my go to from here onwards

I reserved some of my seats on the flights as it did not let me on return flight from Miami

Amazing customer service, we booked our flight and paid in full (or so we thought) Customer service reached out to let us know only a portion of the ticket was paid and they saved our reservation and price and allowed us to pay the rest and now we are Mexico bound. What a nightmare. Booked a flight with them and they transposed my first and last name. Went online to correct this simple issue and after going back and forth for 6 hours, they said they could do it for around $600. Said the heck with them, canceled the flight and will never do anything with them again. They still kept their fee after shafting me so bad.
