So my travel plans changed because of Governors orders in Nevada Las Vegas events, venues begin requiring COVID-19 vaccination proof so the event I was attending was canceled. And of course Cheapoair don't wanna give a refund. Oh then they FORCE you agree to try and avoid a chargeback >> You will have a $135.00 credit, valid only for flying on Frontier Airlines, valid till 09//16/2022 from the original date of issue: 09//13/2021. Most of my experiences with Cheapo has been ok this ends it for me. Enjoy my money

My flight was canceled by austrian airlines 3 hours before my trip due plane maintenance plus i paid all cancelation and protection policy. After that i had to pay double expensive ticket with swiss. When i called cheapoair they repeat telling me that i canceled the flight. After one hour talk they said they understood what happened and will keep me updated regarding refund. When i called again after a month they said they still trying to figure out what happened and that i have to call austrian airlines even if if i didnt book with them. So i am short for at least 500 $ bacause of those fake organizations.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
