I received confirmation via email. A little confusing as the car I thought I booked was not on the confirmation, but I will figure it out.

Haven't booked a flight for a while so it was not as easy as I hoped for.

They missed up our reservation and we called them from the airport 2 hr. Prior to dpt. But they could not fix it. We have to delay our long international flight for 2 days. We paid around 300$ on phone bill just to call them and fix our trip
I don't recommend it for anyone

They make a lot of FRAUD!
They sold me a business class ticket and sent me the confirmation email,
But that ticket doesn't exist!
When I was trying to book my seat it goes to premium economy!
Calling them many many times with no answer!
They are just stealing your money!
Be cautious!

The website is easy to understand and navigate. Payment options that makes it easy for even a minimum wage earners.

It was very easy to find flights and I'm am very satisfied with payment options

I need confirmation for my reservation and when I changed the date on line with the chat specialist it cost me another $35 for the ticket in the meantime I didn't get the e Ticket info for the change date. So I am concerned I dont have an "E" Ticket yet 24 hours later.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Never resolved an issue that required me to cancel/reschedule a flight in the middle of a pandemic (that was within contractual guidelines). Several calls/inquiries to no avail. Treated me like an afterthought and took over $700.

Almost 2 years still my payment is hold we are unable to fly due to covid which they think we cancelled our flight so don't trust this people now i dont know how can i get my money back.

Thank god for Affirm! They helped me save so much money and make installments for a last-minute trip home to see my family.
