Nelson did an amazing job and appreciate everything he did for us. Our original flight was canceled a few hours before departure. This would mean between the pandemic and a canceled flight, Nana would not be able to celebrate her delayed 75th birthday with all her children and many of her grandchildren.
Nelson spent 45 minutes with us and in the end we now have a flight to celebrate.
Unsatisfied with agent that I spoke on 4/1/22, i called to add Last name on one of the travelers and wanted to charge me 75.00 US dollars it is outrageous!
