Payment issue which confuses me. The amount has been released from my bank and the confirmed to me the success of the payment but the payment and billing department could not approve payment so i can proceed booking my trip the hotels and other. So it is to me first experience is not so good so far.

I bought 2 air tickets from cheap o air. Ended up not using the tickets because of the traveling dates. I then requested for a refund. What a night mare. These people are as cruel as cruel can be. First they tell u that u will get a refund after 2 billing cycles, which is 60 days. Then they start their games.Its been over 60 days now and I have not received my refund. They even sent me an email stating that my refund is on the way. Even spoke to my bank with one of their customer reps to confirm that I never received the money. Now they are saying that they have to Waite for the actual airline to make the payment. THIS BIG COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO REFUND 2 AIR TICKETS. When you ask for a supervisor, they are never available. They will tell u that the supervisor will give u a call back within 24 to 48 hours. THEN U RECIEVE AN EMAIL that u missed a call from then, yet the phone never rang. TheSE are people you don't want to deal with. LIES AFTER LIES. Will never buy any tickets from them.AM URGING ALL YOU TO NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I had booked 3 ticket which cost me about 3500$. And they ensure me about everything will b perfect. But from the airline airport has been changed which was not comfortable for me and I call them to find out any other alternative way. But agents are not helpful either. They litterly don't know what to do and they all suggest me to refund just a week before I had to fly.so when I ask them will I get full refund the answer was yes but chepoair as a cheap travel agency deduct almost 250$ for assistance feel. Unbelievable never ever will even click on chepoair. Com. Completly ridiculous. I wish I can give less then 1 star.

Yes. There was an unwanted change happened to the itinerary on my return from Vietnam to USA. It supposed to land at Narita airport then fly to US but it lands at Haneda then transfer to Narita to fly to US. The problem is that I do not have Visa entry to Japan, Therefore I cannot accept this change. I hope Cheapoair see my difficulty and do something could help me solve this problem.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

After reviewing your concern we found that you booked a reservation with an agent on Mar 7 which a few days later called and wanted to change that booking but didn't want to pay the fees so you canceled it in which we requested the refund. On Mar 9 you booked a new reservation online... not with an agent so that is why you were charged twice because the first booking was charged, and then the new booking. The refund time frame is due to the processing that is involved, it is not like a "instant" refund from a merchant, there are several steps to verifying the ticket is indeed refundable, it goes to an accounting firm, and finally to the airline in which they approve for refund. It also depends on the work load the airlines and the accounting firm have ahead of yours so that is why we quote 1-2 billing cycles. Therefore these are legitimate charges and nothing was over charged by us and we have explained this to you on multiple occasions that the refund has been processed. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
