Everything is falling into place, the chat makes it so quick & easy to make it less stressful. I need my travel guide to help me with working out a door to door transport on ground floor & a travel agent to help me get an uber that has a booster seat for 5yr old & a carseat for 2yr old already in their car & take me to Turo host 20 min away from IAH! I don't want to have to secure a car seat & then take it out & secure it a 2nd time. Also check MY own carseat's as baggage & for cheap hopefully use my points for any of this mama needs help!

I booked online a flight from Miami to Pereira. I made payments for two luggage's. By the time I made my check in with Avianca the charged me 180.00 American dollars. They said the payment didn't not appeared. Same situation when I came back from Pereira to Miami.

This was a very smooth booking. I was able to find the hotel and airfare I needed after coutless hours spent on Expedia and Priceline. It was better going through CheapOair than any other website.

Worst company ever, don't waste your money. This is the second time they're doing this to me. My mom missed her flight twice because of the airlines fault but because the ticket was bought through CheapOair, the airline asked us to call them to reschedule but they refuse.

Book your flight with literally ANY other agency and save yourself the trouble. They are an absolute joke. Took me 3.5 hours on a long distance call (they don't have a toll free number) to confirm my flight change (which I had already done via email but never got a confirmation). I was transferred 6 times, hung up on 4 times, and yelled at by 2 of the 7 people I spoke with.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
