It's mostly ok except I can't find where to add KTN. I had to call and be on the phone for 30 minutes and counting.

The experience was good and cheaper ticket available. But after ticket booking it asked for additional travel protection at just approx INR 125 that will be added to my credit card if select it. I was shocked that it actually added INR 8874 to my ticket which I would not have taken if I knew this amount. I am sure that it was mentioned in INR and not USD as my daughter and wife were also watching me while booking. Please cancel this travel protection and refund INR 8874 to my credit card.
