The whole online booking process was very smooth. Just keyed in the dates of departure and arrival, the system will display the price per ticket. Checked the number of stop over and duration and then decide the purchase based on price etc.

I have called at least for 7 times for 7 continuous days to cancel my father's ticket who died recently. All the time a new person promised that they have escalated to highest level and some manager will call back in 24 hours but nobody calls back. They are harassing us. They are trying to eat our money. They do not process cancellation even though I sent death certificate 7 different times.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
