The customer Service Rep accent was very heavy but after explaining if they could slow down there words so I could understand their english it went very well. The rep named Renee I think was very helpful & informative, but they only fixed my departing flight. I was told they would call back, which they did at 149am Phila time therefore I was sleep. I called back today with 3 reps Leon was nice but did a blind transfer & I had to repeat everything, The next rep was renee who couldnt help 4 the the return flight but gave me info that was beneficial to help myself for my return flight. Another rep called me back i explained i was on the phone with another rep & explain b4 she continue was she able to correct the to & from cities she seemed clueless. I explain she must of missed that when she kept asking may I interrupt" because i was on a head set I was speaking loudly because it was a bad call. The rep assumed i was yelling kept asking to calm down & what she may need to do. I advised her i didn't needed her help, hung up & Rene helped me as much as she could. Return flight still up in the air but satisfied with Renee I think was her name service.

So I booked flight for four of us which cost me about 8500$ and by mistake there is an error in my last name just spelling mistakes bcz my Fred booked it for me so they are not changing my name spelling asking me to cancel the ticket and buy it again which cost me 1400$ loss
I asked the customer service to connect me to their supervisor but they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes and they hang up on me. What they care is only MONEY NOT SERVICE, very disappointed.

Fast and easy to book my way first trip since covid pandemic. The web site provided the best price, and it was very easy to book all the services that I needed.
I have several options for the Cheap Air bookings.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
